All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase via our approved payment methods.
4. Orders
Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not guarantee acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
5. Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or circumstances outside our control.
6. Returns & Refunds
You have the right to return unused items within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be:
- Unused
- In original packaging
- In resalable condition
Refunds will be processed once items are received and inspected.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
7. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
